The Challenge:

Senior leadership were in danger of being underwhelming in future investment tours.

The Solution:

Bespoke 1 to 1 coaching of the management team and C-Suite.

Having coached the former head of L&D, I was brought in to work with the C-Suite of a large, global company to prepare them for an upcoming investment tour. Having coached the key players, I was then brought in to coach the management presentation for a carve-out sale of one of the divisions. The presentation was a huge success and a new Private Equity owner was found.
